CRAP YOUR PANTS: Richard couldn't find his limbo pole, so his aunty made do. Jimmy Jones

Perhaps all the while, Singaporeans should have been looking to our brethren in the Caribbean Sea for answers to solve Singapore’s declining birth rate.

After months and years of campaigns to promote parenthood, marriage and sexy times among Singaporeans, the island state’s fertility rate slipped to 1.19 in 2013, compared with 1.29 in 2012, according to the National Population and Talent Division in the Prime Minister’s Office. The two years signify a drastic shortage to the replacement rate of 2.1.

The solution? Bring on the sexy and the best place to start with it? Clubs.

Over in the island country of Jamaica, a dance craze in dancehalls and discos has been around for the last few years. The art of daggering, which makes twerking look like the waltz, has been a subcultural trend in Jamaica since the popularity of music videos from Major Lazer, Popcaan and Mavado, and from artists like Miley Cyrus twerking their thang.

It’s a dance that we recommend sufficient space for as it really is an aerobatic and more explicit version of the basic bumping and grinding uncoordinated Asians sometimes do to R&B music in mainstream clubs. But with daggering, it culminates in an exaggeration of simulated sexual intercourse.

The dance is simple. Take one-part grinding, one-part twerking, one-part perreo (doggy-style), three-parts yaba addict and 10-parts WWE wrestling and you get daggering.

Follow this basic formula and try it at home. Then, send us the video:

For a more professional look at daggering, Insight clothing put together a little brand clip a few years back, likely with the message that their jeans can withstand dry humping, wrestling and hard-ons.
