It’s been a week’s worth of World Cup fever. Shit loads of goals scored, one scoreless game (thanks a lot, NOT, Iran and Nigeria) and heaps of demonstrations and graffiti still chastising the Brazilian government and Fifa for holding the World Cup in a country still plagued by poverty and a widening income gap.

But that said, thousands of fans have descended on Brazil to add to the football fever and Getty Images has captured the off-the-pitch fever in their database of World Cup 2014 photos.
